At the time of receiving the parcel the most important responsibility of the customer is to make a clear and continuous video of unpacking or unboxing the parcel, showing everything in detail (front, back, sides and label) so it is helpful for you as a clear evidence of any kind of wrong delivery, similarly at the time of Return/Exchange, make a clear and continuous video of packing the parcel showing everything in detail (front, back, sides and label) so it is helpful for you as a clear evidence of dispatch at the time of reverse pickup or if customer is sending the parcel on their own.

  1. Return/Exchange Request to be made within 3 days of delivery. No return/Exchange request would be entertained after that.
  2. Return/Exchange request can only be considered
    1. When product(s) are unused, unwashed and the Tags are intact.
    2. When product(s) are not customized /altered.
    3. When product(s) are not bought under sale / discount offers (5% discount for prepaid order is excluded from this category).
    4. When products belong to stitched clothing. Any other item like Jewelry, Home furnishings, Rakhis, Masks, handicrafts are not eligible for return or exchange.
  3. Each order is eligible Return/Exchange only once per order. Orders placed using Anootha website wallet are not eligible for any Return/Exchange or Refunds.
  4. In case of any Wrong/Damaged/Defective or missing products in your order, kindly reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery. We will not be able to help you once this timeline is exceeded.
  5. In case of any Wrong/Damaged/Defective or missing products in your order, share detailed images and unboxing/unpacking video to authenticate. Further steps for replacement or refund to source/wallet will be communicated thru our official mail address that is care@anootha.com.
  6. Misprints, Color difference or slight weaving disorders are not considered as defect/damage in hand printed or hand woven products as these are all signs of uniqueness, exclusivity and authenticity.
  7. Products colors may vary slightly from website images due to lighting and monitor settings that varies on each device and and can not be considered as a reason for return/Exchange.
  8. Customers must pack the correct item matching the original order and record a clear and continuous video of the packing process showing the number of items, its condition, tags and serial no. if applicable, Also including the packing and final sealing process including the return Id label. Customers need to make sure that the final sealing process is recorded in front of the pick-up boy to avoid any kind of fraudulent act.
  9. We provide free shipping of your exchange if the value of your exchanged product is ₹1500 or more.
  10. However in case of Return/Exchange, reverse pick up would be chargeable as per shipping charges described in shipping policy.
  11. We do provide the Reverse pick up facility but in case if our logistics partner does not provide reverse pick up from your location, customer need to ship the product(s) on their own to our warehouse.
  12. Your Exchanged product will be shipped only once all your order dues are cleared that includes any excess amount ( Exchanged product value - Original product value) and your reverse pick up charges, if any or if applies.
  13. In case exchanged product(s) value is lesser than the value of original product(s) any excess amount will be credited to the customer’s Anootha wallet.
  14. Exchange orders can be placed after we receive and approve the returned product that means returned product is received back by us and thoroughly checked by our in house team, that may take up to 5 working days after receival.
  15. Shipping charges are usually non - refundable. Anootha holds the authority to make the final decision in any case.
  16. Sending wrong, unrelated or intentionally damaged items is considered fraudulent and will result in rejection of the return/refund or exchange requests. Anootha records the unpacking process at our warehouse and may share this evidence in disputes.

Refund Policy

  1. We do money refunds to the source in case a prepaid order is cancelled before shipping after deducting a cancellation fee (₹100 or 5% of order value as banking transaction charges, whichever is higher) from the refundable amount.
  2. We do full money refunds to the source when the Wrong or Damaged products are delivered. Free reverse pickup is provided by us in such case. (Detailed images and a clear and continuous Video of unpacking or unboxing process is required to authenticate)
  3. In any other case, a refund will be made only to ANOOTHA WEBSITE WALLET only.
  4. Any refund to source/Anootha wallet will only be issued after the returned parcel is received and thoroughly checked and approved by our in-house team.
  5. Refunds may take effectively 20 to 25 working days as Returns itself take 10 to 15 working days to reach Anootha registered office.

Return/Exchange Process

  1. Return/Exchange request can be placed within 72 hours of delivery.
  2. Go to My Orders > Order Details.> Return/Exchange.
  3. State the Return/Exchange reason from following
    1. Wrong/Damaged products
    2. Quality not satisfactory
    3. Did not like the design
    4. Did not like the fit
    5. Want a bigger size
    6. Want a smaller size
  4. Submit the detailed images and clear and continuous unpacking/unboxing video.
  5. Ensure all tags and labels are intact and the product is unused.
  6. Return or Exchange requests for orders placed using anootha wallet will be rejected.
  7. Once your request is reviewed and approved by our in-house team, pickup will be initiated and the customer will be informed.
  8.
