Shipping Charges & Delivery Timelines
- We provide Free shipping for orders valued ₹1500 or above. For orders below ₹1500, a shipping fee of ₹100 (including GST) will apply for the first 500 grams and then ₹50 will be added for the next 500 grams and so on.
- All our prices include GST. Shipping charges paid for an order are non-refundable in case of return.
- Reverse pickups are chargeable ₹150 (including GST) per kg basis depending upon your parcel weight.
- Usually any order is delivered between 3 to 12 working days max across India. Still there could be delays possible due to external factors that are beyond our reach and Anootha will not be responsible for that as we do not possess any control over third party agencies and their policies or actions.
- Depending on the address, courier availability, and external factors, we strive to deliver products in excellent condition and as quickly as possible: Please don't hesitate to ask us the delivery timelines before placing the order if you have any preferences.
- Once the order is dispatched from our warehouse, tracking details will be shared with you on your registered email id.
Tampered delivery / Wrong Delivery / No Delivery
Anootha uses third-party logistics services for order despatch. These couriers work totally independently, and we do not ensure about any fraudulent actions taken by delivery boys. Customers are requested to follow below mentioned guidelines while accepting the parcels.
