Shipments and returns

Make sure you understand the terms of the delivery policy. If you do not agree with the terms contained in this Delivery Policy, you are advised not to accept the Terms of Use and Delivery Policy. The terms and conditions contained in this Delivery Policy will be accepted without modification and will, accordingly, be bound by the terms and conditions contained herein.


Team Anootha is committed to deliver all orders with good quality packaging within 7 working days (except Sundays and Public Holidays) under normal circumstances. “Anootha” makes all commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that the products are delivered to the buyers on time. To ensure that the order reaches earliest to buyer in good condition, we ship through reputed logistics & courier companies.


Delivery Charges:

  • Shipping charges of ₹70 on first 500 gm weight then ₹50 each additional 500 gm will be applicable on all orders.

  • FREE Shipping on all orders worth ₹999 and above( Not applicable during SALE period ).



Anootha uses third party courier services for the logistics of ordered. These courier companies operate independently and Anootha has no direct control over the functioning or policies of the courier companies. In unexpected and unfortunate cases where courier services refuse to accept the customer's claim of wrong or tampered delivery or non-delivery of the parcel, Anootha will not be held liable for any loss unless otherwise stated by the customers as below The given guidelines are not followed.


If a parcel is received in tempered condition, the customer will refuse to accept the parcel from the courier person.


Even if the parcel is intact, the customer should video-record the process of opening the received parcel as evidence in case of any unexpected and unfortunate case of receiving wrong or missing product inside the parcel.


If the customer refuses to receive the parcel while the courier company shows the parcel for delivery, the customer has to raise the issue within 48 hours of the delivery message. Anootha will share it with the customer after receiving the Proof of Delivery (POD) from the courier company.


Even after sharing the POD, if a customer refuses to accept the authenticity of the shared POD, Anootha can only assist the customer in raising the issue with the concerned courier company. Anootha will re-fulfill the order only if the courier company confirms that the parcel is indeed lost and not delivered to the customer.


COD delivery -

Currently, We don’t Offer Cash on delivery as an option.


Order Delivery Timelines

Usually, orders are shipped within 2 days after the customer places the order. However, in line with Govt. Depending on the guidelines for your state, you may experience delays in some circumstances. Once the order is successful and Anootha successfully hands over the purchased product to its logistics partner, the buyer will receive a tracking ID number via email. Buyer can use the tracking ID number on the logistics partner's website to check the status & expected date of delivery of the purchased product.


Typically, most orders are delivered within 7 working days across India. A maximum of 3 (three) attempts will be made to deliver the order to the buyer. If the buyer remains unavailable even after 3 (three) attempts, Anootha reserves the right to cancel the order at its sole discretion. While Anootha will make reasonable efforts to ensure that purchased products are delivered to its buyer in a timely manner, delivery delays may occur


Unsuitable weather conditions;

Political disruptions, strikes, employee-lockouts, Govt. Guided lockdown, etc.

Acts of God like floods, earthquakes, etc.

And other unexpected circumstances.

In such instances of delay, Anootha will make reasonable efforts to proactively inform the End User by writing to the End User's registered email account. Further, Anootha shall not be obliged to compensate the user for any mental agony or any fraudulent claim that may otherwise arise due to delay in shipment and delivery.
