- Cancellation is allowed within 24 hours of placing the order or till the order is shipped, whichever is earlier. Once the order is shipped it can not be cancelled.
- If a prepaid order is cancelled before the order is shipped, Refunds will be issued to the source from where the payment is made. Anootha will deduct a cancellation fee of (₹ 100 or 5% of order value as banking transaction charges, whichever is higher) from the refundable amount.
- A prepaid order will be considered as cancelled after the order is shipped and the customer refuses or is unavailable to take the delivery of the parcel (after minimum 2 attempts of delivery by logistics partner) and the parcel Returns To Origin. Anootha will deduct Reverse shipping cost (as described in shipping policy) as cancellation fee from the refundable amount and Refunds will be issued to Customer's Anootha Website Wallet.
- If a COD parcel, after it is being shipped, Returns To Origin and the customer refuses or is unavailable to take the delivery of the parcel (after minimum 2 attempts of delivery by logistics partner). Such Customers will be marked and restricted to further placing the order in COD mode.
- Anootha also reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your payment has been received, the said amount will be reversed back to the source from where the payment is made.
